and the leader in B2B sales and marketing intelligence software. We are
expanding our business to China and launched our Beijing office recently.

Immediate Opening of Deployment Support Engineer in Beijing’
Job Description
The Deployment Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality
technical support for the salesPRISM software deployments to our internal
professional services team.
o Provide both level 1 and level 2 support for our Asia Pacific Japan
clients.
o Troubleshooting software configuration and deployment issues
o Configuration changes to application
o Scheduling and performing software installs, upgrades, and patches.
o Documentation and training projects to create a knowledge repository
for a more self-service deployment environment.
o Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development
group and support team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
o Reviewing logs to determine if any new error conditions require action.
o Working with development and testing staff to determine the impact of
new releases will have on the production environment
o Making recommendations for improving maintainability and stability of
the application
Experience requirements:
o Extensive knowledge of SQL
o Experience with Microsoft .NET applications and IIS
o Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
o Knowledge of C++ or C# is helpful
o Knowledge of Adobe Flex is helpful
o Experience with salesforce.com
o Outstanding customer service and interaction skills
o Fluent in English
o Able to travel to Boston, MA USA for 1-2 months for initial and ongoing
training
