美国的教育对中产阶级和中等资质的小孩压根不好。
美国的教育两极分化, 优秀的这批学生数理一点也不比国内的差。中国的教育是很厉害
, 比如每年国内奥赛得金牌的父母有些是工人农民, 而美国奥赛的小孩家长都是有两把
刷子的非普通人。
美国是一个靠百分之一精英驱动的国家，这一点也不难从他们的教育看出来。
以高中来说，大多数公立学校对学生要求很低，毕竟是纳税人的孩子，只是保证学生在
上学而已，可以说那里的学生就是我们在大多数美国“青春电影”里看到的，可能基本
数学都掌握的不怎么样。比如说学生毕业后假如成为了收银员，94块为了方便钱你给了
104，他们不会直接找10块，而是推给你钱，然后找6块。
相比之下，精英私校或者顶级公校在应试方面甚至类似于中国高考，同时还要为大学申
请参加、组织各项比赛、活动。日后他们就成了硅谷创业人、华尔街大佬、政界的所谓
精英，成为1-2％的人。
要说反智，我认为还是要考虑教育环境。我的意见是：中国在平均水平的基础教育已经
超过了美国（我们大多数人都可以觉得美国中下阶级反智） ，而美国作为移民国家占
据的优势就是那1％的顶尖人才
美国很多大学的新生需要上remdial class，就是把高中应该完成的课程内容在大一，
大二交学费来读，然后才能上真正的大学课程。看看华盛顿邮报的报道

中小学里面老师的工会是毒瘤，应该取消，向中国学习，应该pay for performance,
老师按照学生的学习成绩还有升学率晋升职称或者工资，美国的中小学老师太不负责了
，比起中国的中小学老师。中小学培养不出合格的高中生，进入大学就是garbage in,
garbage out. 美国学生在高中学的东西就是a mile wide, an inch deep.
美国的教育，现在州立大学一年学费一万五千美金，私立大学一年五万美金。十年前，
我在美国读本科，公立大学，四年下来一共才华了三千美金学费，还有中国人同学因为
有绿卡，可以申请financial aid， 四年下来还倒赚了几千美金。美国的学费上涨了十
倍，可是美国中产阶级的工资可没有涨多少，也就涨了一个通货膨胀的2%，3%一年，与
此同时，医保在欧巴马医保以后至少涨了五六倍。美国的大学教育也就博士教育还不错
，其实本科教育又贵又不好，还是中国的本科教育，一年五千人民币的学费，物美价廉
。当然georgia tech online computer master 一共才七千美金的学费也算得上是物美
价廉。大多数计算机硕士PROGRAM基本要五六万美金的学费。 美国大学生现在本科毕业
，如果不是计算机，其他很多的专业压根就不来钱。当然常青藤名校本科如果去华尔街
可以本科毕业有二十万美金一年。除了华尔街和硅谷的那几个大公司，大部分的本科毕
业也就两三千美金一个月，根本不可能还得上大学的学费贷款，尤其是文科生很难找到
工作，所以不难理解文科生很多都是支持民主党。美国现在学费贷款高达一万五千亿美
金，又是一个潜在的次贷危机。
美国28%的医生是外国的医学院毕业的第一代移民，计算机更是70%的外国第一代移民，
美国的医院里的护士很多都是import的外国护士，Foreign-born nurses make up
about 15 percent of registered nurses in the U.S., according to a June 2016
report by the Institute for Immigration Research at George Mason University
and the Immigrant Learning Center. California, New York, Florida, Texas and
New Jersey employ more than half of these nurses, but they are needed in
other parts of the country, too, particularly in rural pockets， 28% of

加州佛州的医院每年都上加拿大recruits 护士到美国工作，高薪绿卡加免费上硕士学
位课程，很有吸引力。只是太缺德啦。弄得加拿大只能从菲律宾引进护士。说美国教育
好的，我也是醉了，连培养个护士都不能做到自给自足，这也叫做教育好。美国号称计
算机世界第一，结果计算机工程师不够，需要全世界引进，这哪儿教育好了。很多菲律
宾的护士来了美国赚十几万二十万美金一年还照样把小孩送回菲律宾读大学，谁叫美国
的大学学费这么贵尼。 美国的教育就是很差劲好不好。中国 有一千万工程师，还每年
出国几十万。
中国的中小学老师比美国的老师强多了,毕竟没有工会，要看升学率决定职称还有奖金,
工会罩着的老师，真心是混日子
美国的孩子聪明的很多，但是为啥医生护士还有计算机工程师不能通过加强投入好好培
养，反而去外国引入，这就是出卖了美国普通老百姓.这些又不是高精尖的工作完全可
以由美国本国人来做
美国的娃可是天天放羊，玩，或者去打球体育，哪儿有啥做练习题的...中等的工作完
全可以通过像中国那样大量重复练习巩固，然后就能胜任。这就是我对美国教育不满的
地方，谁在乎诺贝尔奖了，绝大部分人不在乎诺贝尔奖。
你不能为了百万分之一的概率拿诺贝尔奖，就不管中等资质的娃，让他们最后成为吃福
利的，明明可以通过像中国那样的大量练习成为中等的人才，做个医生护士工程师，结
果不管，放羊，最后坑中产阶级。今天和同事聊天，她娃从UCSD生物化学本科毕业，
MINOR商科，呆家里一年多也没有工作，虽然她家年入超过五十万美金，也不是个事，
儿子现在去参加海军去了，签了六年的合同，做nuclear 的什么技术员，在潜艇上，一
出海就是半年。这就是美国的ABC。
有人批评中国的时候就说，中国有钱人比如马云身价几百亿美金也不能掩盖中国人均老
百姓收入不高的事实，中国还是一个穷国。那为啥说美国教育的时候，就拿几个诺贝尔
奖说事，不顾及中等资质的娃被放弃了，结果中等资质的娃不能做医生护士还有工程师
？
几十万的医生，护士，计算机工程师的工作明明可以培训美国本国人就能做，这些都是
稳定的工作，收入不错的工作，这些又不是什么高精尖。美国的教育没有重视数理化，
没有重视中等资质的娃。
民主党把持的教育界就是培养大量的左派，一心一意要吃福利，天天拿爱发电。 压根
没有培养出合格的STEM人才，然后每年又要去全世界引入几十万STEM 人才。美国的教
育压根不好。美国的教育界充斥大量不合格的混日子的中小学工会教师，培养大量的吃
福利的，另外一方面又去国外每年引入几十万上百万的医生护士还有马工，这种民主党
的愚蠢政策真是卖国。好比美国明明有几百万人在装病装disability吃福利，如果鼓励
这些人好好工作，可以做很多低技能的工作，结果又引入几千万劳模来做非法移民，明
明装病吃福利的人就可以做那些劳模的工作，为啥要去引入非法移民，搞得假文件盛行
，非法移民200美金就买一套假绿卡假SSN和假驾照，社会治安也变差。民主党搞得就是
愚蠢的卖国政策。

LOS ANGELES — Luis Hernandez just laughs as he sells fake driver’s
licenses and Social Security cards to illegal immigrants near a park known
for shady deals.
The joke, to him and others in his line of work, is the government’s
promise to put people like him out of business with a tamperproof national
ID card.
“One way or another, we’ll always find a way,” said Hernandez, 35, a
sidewalk operator who is part of a complex counterfeiting network around
MacArthur Park, where authentic-looking IDs are available for as little as $
150.
Some of those coming to MacArthur Park are teenagers who want a fake ID so
they can go to bars and drink. Others are ex-convicts whose criminal records
make working under their real names difficult. But most are illegal
immigrants who need work documents.
As Congress struggles to reform laws that affect the nation’s estimated 11
million illegal immigrants, one central question is how to crack down on
fake documents and punish the employers who accept them.
President Bush has suggested foreign workers carry a single ID that includes
a fingerprint. The House and Senate, meanwhile, have passed bills that
would force employers to verify job seekers’ Social Security numbers with a
phone call and immigration status through an electronic database.
'Don't ask, don't tell' attitude
Many employers, eager for cheap labor, have a “don’t ask, don’t tell”
attitude toward their employees’ immigration status and do not check their
papers.
In one indication of the size of the problem, federal authorities in April
arrested nearly 1,200 illegal immigrants and a few managers working at IFCO
Systems plants from Southern California to New York. More than half of the 5
,800 employees at the pallet and crate manufacturing company in 2005 had
invalid or mismatched Social Security numbers, authorities said.
Immigration officials said the fake document business has become
increasingly difficult to stop.
In the past, authorities could often break up a network by raiding a central
“document mill” where Social Security cards, passports and licenses might
be drying on a large printing press, said Kevin Jeffery, deputy agent in
charge of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Los Angeles.
Now documents are made with illegal software on laptop computers. That
mobility makes them harder to bust.
“With a computer and a printer, you are in business,” Jeffery said.
Authorities can also be stymied by complex delivery networks.
Up to $300 for a package of IDs
Around MacArthur Park, sellers who openly offer fake IDs do not actually
carry any of the documents. Instead, they negotiate prices as high as $300
for a package containing a driver’s license, Social Security card and green
card. Next, they send the buyer to a less crowded area a few blocks away,
where a picture is taken and the customer pays up.
The picture and cash change hands a few times before arriving at an
apartment where a laptop, printer and laminating machine spit out the
documents. Within an hour, a runner — perhaps a young man dressed as a
student, or an elderly woman — delivers the documents near the site of the
original deal.
Hernandez, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, said it is not easy work. The
biggest threats are disgruntled customers, undercover agents who record
deals with cameras the size of a button, and gang members demanding
protection money.
When Hernandez senses a customer might be a police officer, he calls out “7
/11,” and his underlings disappear. If a seller is arrested, others collect
money to bail him out of jail.
“We are not trying to do anything bad,” said Sergio Guitierrez, 35, an
illegal immigrant from Mexico who sells IDs. “Immigrants just need to work.”
“This is the government’s fault,” said Maria Zuniga, 55, an illegal
immigrant from Honduras who sells and transports documents. “They won’t
even give us a number to work or a driver’s license.” | Z**********g
