Here is the process:
They called at the end of March, got 4/17 7:30 am, No8 and 9 ( i really don't
think VOs will start work that early). At that time, we did not know about
the address change and that 4/17 is the first day after the move. we were a
little concerend after learning about the move, but decided to go ahead
anyway.
