Tell the visa officer that your parent are contributing to relieve the
population pressure of China and World for having one child. When they decided
to have only one child when they were young, they could not think about that
would become an excuse for their B-2 visa refusal when their child grown-up
and go to US.
Try to argue with the VO if he mention this next time.
