must enter their information, including name/sex/DOB/passport#... to the
system before their flight to USA takes off, so that Homeland Security
officials can screen out some potential terrorists before the flight enters
USA.
I don't know more at this matter, i guess the system cannot verify your mom
information due to tech proplem or your mom infomation looks close match to
some one else in the blacklist.
I don't think you can do anything but wait. you may call Homeland Security
to ask, or consult immigration lawyer

My mom got her VISA without any problem.
How could this happen until she take the air plane?
I am checking with all agencies,but no answer yet.

My mom return back home when she found this problem.
Air China has no help about this issue and they asked us to check with US
government.

did not permit your mom to board.

商业航空承运方之APIS启程前准备与APIS快速查询(AQQ)
2007年8月23日，CBP发表了APIS启程前最终规则(APIS Pre-
Departure Final Rule)，规定180天的推行期，生效日期为2008年
2月19日。这套规则对现有的规章制度进行修订，并为商业航空承
运方传输数据提供三个选项：
非交互式批处理(Non-Interactive Batch)是承运方传输APIS数据
的现行方式。
在《最终规则》项下，采用此方式的承运方传输数据的时间不得
迟于关闭航空器舱门之前30分钟。
交互式批处理(Interactive Batch)是新的交互式功能，承运方借此
在不迟于关闭航空器舱门之前30分钟传输数据，并接收自动化的
监测清单筛查回应。
APIS快速查询(APIS Quick Query, AQQ)是新的功能，随着乘客
为航班进行登记，承运方传输单条APIS消息。数据传输可以一直
延续到关闭航空器舱门，承运方接收交互式的监测清单筛查回
应。
CBP继续与承运方和服务提供方一道，实施对AQQ的更改，并遵
守旅行授权电子系统(Electronic System for Travel Authorization)
的后续要求。CBP还继续与交通安全管理局(Transportation
Security Administration, TSA)紧密合作，协调TSA安全飞行计划
(TSA Secure Flight Program的各项进程。

Account Manager)联系。

problem. so the problem did not come from 传输你妈妈的APIS 数据给dhs,
instead, the data in the system caused problem.

发帖数: 258 | 13 Your suggestions is so helpful. I am checking with Air China and Homeland
Security. Sent email to Homeland Security,but they need 30 days to review my
claim. The best way is talk to Air China about this AQQ transfer. I checked
with their customer service in US and all information are correct. They
need to verify it with HQ in Beijing tonight. The Air China hotline is not
working in China. I hope my mom will come to US soon! Good luck to other
travelers from China to USA.
Please let me know if anyone has similar experiences before. |
