父母在我们这里住了近1年，是否可以申请Individual Taxpayer Identification
Number？如果填w-7,原因项应该选a到h
哪一项？ 还有其他注意事项吗？是和税表一起交吗？

如果W-7和税表一起交，那填税表的时候就将父母列为DEPENDENTS?
