filing 方法。
一个是USCIS ELIS（Electronic Immigration System) system.（http://www.uscis.gov/uscis-elis）
一个是以前的E-filing link （https://efiling.uscis.dhs.gov/efile/）。
大家都用哪个呀？这两个有什么区别？ 用哪个较好? 新的ElIS system 也要再邮寄
supporting documents 吗？

If your current status is B1, B2, F1, F2, J1, J2, M1 or M2, you are
eligible to file using the new USCIS Electronic Immigration System, USCIS
ELIS.
Certain applicants who are not eligible to file using USCIS ELIS may
still file online using our legacy e-Filing system. You will be able to file
your form and pay your fees online, but you will have to mail your
supporting documents to the USCIS office processing your application.

刚看了USCIS ELIS 的Q/A， 说Preparers such as family members不能create ELIS
account 的。 父母不懂英文， 那只能由我来填。 那是不是意味着就不能用Elis 来
file 申请了？ 有人给父母extend B2 用过Elis吗？

A2. Family members, neighbors, friends or paid preparers may help you
complete
your benefit request online. However, they should not complete your benefit

for you or submit it on your behalf. Only an attorney or a USCIS-recognized

representative can submit a benefit request on your behalf in USCIS
ELIS.
If you receive help in preparing your benefit request, you must identify the
person
who helped you by entering the person’s name, address, and other requested
information in the “Preparer” section.
