我想我应该填no.我不是f1 or M1.
网上看到有人说父母之交一份表，但我没有看到可以加第二个人的地方。是不是现在一
人一份表。

There will be a step to enter the second person information.

Are you a B-2 visitor applying to extend your stay, or are you applying to
change your status to that of an F-1 or M-1 student? YES
You don't have to care about the F-1 M-1, the sentence has an "Or".
