发帖数: 43 | 1 Could anyone please help me with this question? My friend is visiting his
family in here with B1 visa till May. He is thinking to pursueing degree in
US by converting his status to F1. but the school said it's not going to
work since the class only starts in June, there would be gap for his status.
so he has to go back to China to reapply F1 visa when his B1 status expires
.
I heard if he applied for status change, it should be considered pending
status even if the previous expires.
Anyone could provide information with similar expeirence or heard of similar
case would be greatly appreciated! |
