这项的问题是，之前父母的DS-160申请表是本人准备并且file的（因为都是英文），以
拿到confirmation number才能办理后面的程序，可是后来都是父母在国内去中信银行
办理的免面签手续并交的签证费。这样算是“I have submitted a visa petition on

//是的，我的情况是LD没有工作，所以宝宝和LD都是我的wholly dependent。感觉你没
有必要想的这么细，这个选项的目的是看你是不是dependent过多，泥菩萨过江，自己
都搞不定，当然就没法再sponsor外人了。只要你或你的工资证明足够高，USCIS才没有
兴趣知道你家是双工资还是单工资。保险起见，我觉得都是wholly dependent吧，否则
剩下部分是谁来买单？

--> My response: I ended up choosing to leave that item blank. The reason is
that our baby can be financially "Wholly Dependent" on my LD, in other
words it has nothing to do with me.

--> My response: Agree. I chose to fill it in as "None". This is actually a
tricky question on comparing "visa application" and "visa petition". I don't
think these two concepts are exactly the same. For I-160, it's one of the
steps for visa application, and the steps of 中信银行办理的免面签手续并交的
签证费 are the visa petition steps. As a whole it's the visa application
process. In that sense, visa application covers visa petition. If it's an
immigrant visa, the step of I-140 is "visa petition", and the steps of I-485
etc. are some steps of green card application. In all, I think the concept
of "visa application" covers "visa petition", the latter being a part of the
