I am a professional artist and young professor. I am very clean, organized,
enjoy sports, healthy and quiet.
I am currently renting a room in my two bedroom apartment in the Promenade
building in Providence. The Promenade is located in downtown with very easy
access to I-95, walking distance to Providence Mall, Amtrak station, Kennedy
Plaza and College Hill. This place is perfect for a young professional
looking for affordable housing.
Bedroom is big enough for a queen bed (look at the photos, it has a double
bed), you will have your own bathroom, extra space that can be use as a
office or more storage space, access to the rest of the apartment except the
living room because I use it as a drawing-painting studio.
I have dishwasher, central heating and AC, laundry in the building, indoor
parking in case you have a car, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, security and
door man 24 hours.
The price-rent, 900/month, doesn't cover electric and Internet. I have been
here for 3 years and it's a great place to live.
