and Siouxsie imediately sprung to my mind. Queen Sea Big Shark's track is

客观上更有利于推广,就比如我们大家听过的外国摇滚歌曲，英语的占99.9%吧
当然我自己还是更喜欢用汉语唱的中国乐队
而且现在国内大部分乐队还是用汉语唱的吧
另外我也不觉得重塑的歌词makes no sense...

我的意思是太Chinglish，错误百出。新裤子的英文歌也差不多。
如果用中文的话肯定能更准确的表达的作者的原意。
要写英文歌，即使不深刻，起码要通顺啊。

国内起码我觉得后朋风格的，重塑，舌头，腰都不比PK14差

retros的确是属于受国外音乐影响比较明显的乐队
他们不可能像子曰二手玫瑰一样
但是谁又说中国乐队不能受外国乐队影响呢？
至少我觉得retros的音乐比大部分最近的所谓"大牌"欧美乐队都好，就够了

获得国际认同. 我觉得这也是英文歌词大行其道的原因之一.

orther bands' influence, not once did I mention the word 'foreign'. No
matter how good a band sound, if they have nothing new but the repackaging
of other people's music to offer they will always be labled as copycats.
They might be vogue for a short period of time, but they will come to
backlash invariably. Did Gene sound as good as Smiths? You sure can bet your
ass they did, and look what happened to them?

is what makes a band great. Granted, after decades of evolving, it's hard
to bring anything new to pop music at all, you fall into traps left, right
and middle. A great band should still offer something uniquely their own,
even though sheer originality is a bit over-reaching these days. You
mentioned Interpol, Franz Ferdinand, and Editors, they are all good bands but NOT great, neither should Re-Tros be. And if you look |

all i feel are
1. they are trying to be like somebodies, but themselves.
2. English lyrics is really not a good idea if you cannot tell us what you
really wanna say.
3. from some magazine intro, those bands are good, cool, neat... whatever,
but down to the bottom of their music, most of them are shallow stuff...
