这一年忙，没有认真训练过
比赛前从来没有完成过一个全马，最远也就跑过20miles
明年要认真训练了
争取上半年跑个半马比赛，下半年跑全马

I believe that a safer way of pursue of acertain target time in marathon is
to have 4 min allowance for the last 4 miles.
If you want another try, philadelphia marathon on 1122 could be a good one. Flat out and back 2nd half.

sections but they are not considered "hills" by the marathon standard.:) If
you think this is hilly, you should look at boston or NYC marathon course.

regroup and come back faster next year. But I may very well run some more
marathons this year -- very slowly -- as training runs in preparation for
the ultra.
