the best trail for a long run. I won't be able to participate this coming
Saturday. I think Blogrance and A Niu would coordinate the event. Hope they
will post the event schedule during the week.
Later on, we can also run in SF Golden Gate Park, or shoreline trail in
Mountain View. Any recommendations would be welcome.

I'm sure there will be a group run this Saturday morning. Unless Blogrance
and A Niu would like to switch to a different trail, it still will be in Los
Gatos Creek trail. I cannot make it this Saturday. Hope Blogrance and A Niu
will take care of the coordination, and post the schedule soon.
For temporary solution, runners can take turns babysitting your son because
we take out-and-back route from the Campbell Park. The park has a kids
playground.

这个周末我们的人比较多，那个mountainview 的shoreline可能比较好。
上周的那个Campbell Park, Los Gatos也很好，我不介意开车过来的啦：）
建议：继续去永和，豆浆油条烧饼。
小朋友们也要来锻炼，太可爱了;)

It's a great idea to join a group for long runs. Ipod is no longer necessary. Chatting and laughing along the trail, You will find that 12 miles will pass so easily, and couldn't believe it was over.
Never under-estimate the power of a group run!

it's an out and back course, so we will have chance to meet on the trail and
cheer for each other.
The paved trail is relatively short, you can also run on dirt or to the
other side of bayland park to extend it.
I will probably just run back and forth on the paved part.
