每天一万米的样子,参加过5次全马.其中3次是北京马拉松,最好成绩是4个半小时,他那
时候已经55,56岁了.
还有就是我单位的英文老师,她下周去加州参加BIG SIR马拉松,这是她第13个全马.她已
经55岁,但是精力旺盛,身材健美,气质高雅.她给我提供了很多信息,比如JEFF GALLOWAY
RUNNING GROUP就是她介绍给我的
还有就是阿甘正传,里面的阿甘不停的跑,不知道前面会发生什么.
我喜欢跑步,没有理由,就是喜欢 |

I drove by the course once, and couldn't resist to
stop and enjoy the views and snap pictures.
For Big Sur Marathon, I would run for the views, not for
the time. I would miss a whole lot if I just run through.
