are the worst for you.
While there is no "right" shoes, there certainly can be wrong shoes that'd
screw you up. generally speaking, featureless shoes are good.

our ill-formed feet, because we are no good at hunting, and wild animals
will capture us slower runners and eat us alive :(
So I believe shoes make difference for us who have bio-mechanical problems,
they can make us better, but they can also make us worse (while they make no
difference to born-to-be runners). I believe it's a trial-and error process to find "right" one(s),
because the theory proved to be a myth. Someon |

barefoot. FYI, those pictures were
taken during the Olympics.
Your body reacts to the stress and grow stronger. Yes, you can run barefoot,
but you have to train for it. After
all, you have lived your entire life wearing shoes.
