子比较合适？这几此long run都戴16oz的水，好像10mile左右够了，是不是该买个16oz
的然后考虑中途灌水？

好处是，24oz，水够多，longrun也够喝。杯子比较好拿，如果你能习惯用手拿的话；
然后最大的
好处是水不会洒，跑步机快跑或者路上慢跑，都不用停下来，很方便；还可以有点保温
作用，装点冰
水，热天喝起来很爽
我在fleet feet买的，看了你推荐的杯子，个人感觉，那个套在手上的handle会弄得手
很热，不
是很喜欢，mm考虑下了

with water fountain.:)
Cumulus is the shoe that fits me best so far, although I've got a pair of
speedstar 4 on the way to my mailbox.:)

拿着不如扁瓶子顺手。 |
