07/2008开始跑步减肥,也由于LD关系,慢慢改成素食.现在除了鱼跟蛋之外基本上都是全素了.发觉这Triglyceride掉得尤其快!
不过感觉这LDL还是有点高,想降到100以下,如何搞呢?这LDL主要是从什么食物摄取而来的呢? @_@ | w*******e 发帖数: 2651 | 2 Wow! What an impressive result!
Good HDL is growing and bad LDL is decreasing.
This progress can only be achieved by an healthy diet,
while triglyceride can be easily reduced by exercise.
You are already on the right track.
You need to thank your LD for that.
Try to avoid shell fish and egg yolk, and add some oatmeal (fiber).

Maybe I eat much egg yolk? But it is too wasteful to just throw away egg
yolk, isn't it? @_@
I don't eat oatmeal. I think I need to start with it...
