warm-up, increased level, and peddled at > 140rpm.
HR went up to 160bpm (max). Later, decreased
level and peddled @110-120rpm, HR stayed at about
140-145bmp for about 30min. This is about the HR
for my elliptical machine workout. As a result,
shirt and shorts were totally wet -- first time
ever.
Earlier, my stationary biking HR had never gone
beyond 130bpm, and I had thought that biking
would not make me sweat as much as running/elliptical. |
