半小时的，结果饿的不行了，就提前灰溜溜的回家了。一起跑的人摔了无数跤。

来了。我还得把gel留到3周后的50迈吃。

发帖数: 22800 | 10 晚上跑山路，一个人好像很危险，要是掉到那个山沟里去了，都没人知道。还是白天跑
比较安全，偶晚上跑居民区的街道路，最多看到一点兔子和小猫。 |

昨天一起跑的带头那个头一个半小时摔了5次。
