So, in China, jusdges travel around to hear cases?
If so, (1) does the court publish a schedule in advance?
(2) Does a traveling judge accept new cases also? Then, how do you make sure
that a plaintiff chooses a certain judge to meet his taste (i.e,
judge-shopping). In both Taiwan and US, a judge is chosen by lot (random
selection) to avoid this sort of problems.

Possibly nobody in this board comes from rural area of China. Even your
assumption is correct, where to get defendants (and witneasses) right away if
a plaintiff just approaches a traveling judge on the spot? I mean, those
people (defendants and witnesses) need to be notified ahead of a hearing or a
trial.
