在科技展的门前认出尤肖虎的那一刻似乎很神奇，他正提着资料往里走，脚步急促，直觉
告诉我眼前的这个风度翩翩的人应该就是我的采访对象，国家863计划移动通信技术研究
组组长、东南大学教授尤肖虎了。
尤肖虎很爱笑，笑起来会有个浅浅的小酒窝挂在他那还很年轻的脸上。健谈的他一见面就
给我讲了个有趣的小故事。“说起来巧得很，我和南京还真是很有缘份。记得1976年我在
南京换车时把鞋垫扔到了站台的垃圾桶里，回到家后父亲跟我说‘你会和南京结下缘份哦
！’后来我真的考到了东南大学，毕业后留校研究通信技术并认识了我的夫人。”言语间
幸福的笑容一直停留在尤肖虎那圆圆的脸上，似乎南京让他拣了个“大便宜”呢。

has no IEEE transaction papers (after a quick glance)
2. The best conference in the area of You is ISIT, where You has no papers.
ICC and Globecom are decent conferences (next to ISIT) and You has a couple of
papers there.

are only so so ...

工程类学者不宜以什么sci论文评价(其实ieee trans的if都不高)
而是有没科技创新和产业贡献,专利啊,国家信息技术安全啊
尤可称道
isit也许不错,但在尤的领域难说icc/globecom相比而言只是decent
当然对于尤这种人要严格要求,党组织应该督促其在睡眠得以保障的前提下多发trans
