don't need to pay them to CA government. If you got tax audit, there
would be a problem.

any sales tax or environmental recycling fee. Need I send in a check for CA
tax and environment fee to Arnold then?
I'm not sure what's the odds of having tax audit for buying a cheap LCD TV.
