发帖数: 1825 | 2 You can call the new care provider/hospital directly, tell them you are a
new patient and you need an ob doctor and make the earliest appointment to
meet him/her. Then, call the previous care provider to transfer your
medical records. You need to fill out some forms and sign them for the
transfer.

dates. As far as I know, IGO medical group accepts those kind of patients.
