；他现在的租金就是1611/m. 我想应该是有道理的。当然，他说也可以便宜些。 | f****n

2b2b在rancho penasquitos正常价格在1400左右，这些他也知道。但他愿意出1611租下
这个房子，想必条件相当不错。另外他也不是想赚钱，只是不想亏太多，不存在人品问
题吧
