1 or 2 people to live in. It will be available on July 19th. It is very
quiet, with private washer/drier in. The apartment villas is right next to
UCSD and is secure gated. It has very good location, very convenient for
buses/shuttles, walking distance to UTC mall and La Jolla square.
The current lease only has 4 more months to go and will be end in Nov. You
could choose to renew it, or just leave. This lease has already lasted for
5years, so basically you don't need to worry about your deposit. The rent is
1246 per month, and is a lot lower than the price you could get from
leasing office directly.

should be the Amalfi, which is 669 square feet.
