Tian Bo, from Shandong, Jinan. Born in 1974, graduated from South-East
University of China in 1999 with Master Degree. worked in Seagate Singapore.
2002-2004 studied in UC Irvine,Joined Samsung San Jose in 2004.
July 18 2011, he took a road trip to Utah, alone, lost his way on 7,23,
during the hiking in the famous scene: The Wave and slipped and fell down
from the cliff.
Tian Bo made a lot of friend in the USA with his pleasant personality and
wide range of hobbies. If you want to provide any help to his parents and
family, please click the link below to leave your contact. We will have more
detailed info later for his funeral .

我一直想买term life insurance. 比了半天也不懂，所以一直没买。
又没有专家给个建议，又没又life-time 的那种？

们在网上google了一下。找了个最便宜的，是ING的agent。觉得不错。网上有
calculator，告诉你你自己的情况大致多少钱。然后有个护士会来帮你抽血，做了血检
以后就会给你final quote。
之所以我们选择不用公司是因为万一离开公司你的保险也没有了。而且越年轻，买起来
越便宜。当然，如果Ogden以后要回国发展，那么通过公司买的最高的应该就可以了。
如果在美国没有其他亲人，要找个靠得住的人以后帮你追钱。
很多agent都要你买其他的产品，但是对我们来说，我们觉得term就够了。 |

伤残。 不包生病什么的。 但是确实便宜， 一个月十来刀可以保几十万刀。
万一有个意外， 家人就有保障了。

的讨论已经挺全面的了。补充一点， 如果买的是单位的Group Rate的Term Life， 问
一下公司或看一下合同， 离职时是否可以相同的费率转成个人的或转到新的单位。否
则5-10年以后换公司， 即使在新公司买Group Rate的， 也会贵好多。 所以如果对配
偶， 小孩和父母有经济上的责任的人， 要尽早考虑买一个适合自己的Term Life。
Term life跟年龄有关， 越年轻保费越少，40岁的保费更30岁的保费要高不少。 所以
考虑到通货膨胀的因素， Term life买的越早越便宜。如果网友有具体问题， 我可以

加州政府有一个专门的网站讲这个，有各种语言的版本。
忘了具体网站了，几年前修老年学的时候有看过。
Health power of attorney多数是在自己能做决定的时候指定一个人做决策者一旦本人
不能做任何决定的情况下。所以那个被指定人有权决定要不要拔管。当然advaced
directive还有另外一个部分，就是你自己可以事先做一些决定，比如愿不愿意用各种
机器来延续你的生命，死后要不要捐献器官遗体。

这里有表，自己填好，可以找律师公证但不是必须的，也可以找两个和本人很熟的人签
字就好。
我的是当时上一门法律课的时候就两个相好的同学签的字。当时我们老师要班上每个人
都准备一份。我们很多同学还都准备好多分copy交给自己的医生啊，家人啊，非常好的
朋友啊，要让自己身边的人都知道自己的意愿以备自己不能表达自己的情况发生

with your attorney every few years or after you move (may have to pay attorney fee).
if your situation is not very complicated, DIY using Quicken Willmaker
software might be a much better choice.
