We are renting out a bed room in our owner occupied 2b2b single family
house in Mira Mesa, it's fully furnished with with L-shape desk, 2
dressers, a full size platform bad with 2 huge drawers, please see the
attached pic for layout. You will have your own full bathroom, laundry
onsite, AC in your room(we never need to use AC as a matter of fact
because the house is very cool in summer), a big window that will give
you full sun all morning. Parking is easy, you can park on the drive way
or on the street in front of our house. Our house is in a cul-de-sac, so
there is plenty of parking space and extremely low traffic. We have a
beautiful front yard and a green back yard with large covered and
uncovered patios for outdoor living. You will have full access to living
and kitchen as well. The house is close to EVERYTHING, walking distance
to all!
About us:
We are a young married couple, husband, works finance in LA and comes
home on the weekends, wife, works in corporate development and market
research in San Diego. We are also part time MBA students at University
of Southern California.
Pets:
We have two cats and two dogs. One dog is German Shepherd and Lab mix,
mature and loving, one is a younger German Shepherd and Husky mix,
playful but extremely loving as well. They are both well trained and
well mannered. You will understand what we mean by well trained when you
meet them in person.
Ok, about you:
- Female only, no exceptions. No smoking
- Working professional or Student
- Love cats and dogs, truly enjoy playing with them. But sorry you can't
bring pets in.
- Quiet and clean up after herself
- Social, be a friend rather than a tenant
- Respectful and considerate
Rent is 600 per month, all utilities and services are split in half
(except for landline) which should be around 80/m. Security deposit will

It is at SGA which is the current cheapest on-campus housing, 3 minutes'

So it is perfect for UCSD students/Visiting Scholars.

The apt is Model C (2b2b) from the website link above, 1215 square feet. It'
s on the top floor, a corner unit. So it is quiet and nice.
The room for rent is the one on the left side of the Versailles(Model C)
picture from the website link above (the one with the bathroom within the
bedroom unit). The other bedroom lives a student from UCSD.Male roommate is preferred.
The rent is $843/month, plus electricity and Internet split with
the roommate. Because I'm just trying to sublease it out for a short
term, and I may still store some stuff/boxes in the living room for a
while, the rent price is negotiable.
It's available now. Move in/move out dates are flexible.
The room is fully furnished. The furniture were brand new bought from
iKea this summer and you can just use them.
