Colony area. This is a great location for UCSD students, recent graduates,
or young professionals. It is available since September 1st
There is some furniture in the bedroom. The bedrooms are a spacious size (
approx.12' x 13') its windows face garden and has a private entryway to the
bathroom and a walk-in closet. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom. Share
kitchen and living room with the other roommate (He takes the other part 1BD
/1BA). There is also a washer and dryer in-unit, in addition to all the
common appliances in the kitchen you would expect (stove/oven, fridge,
microwave). Granite countertops are in the kitchen and bathrooms, and
plenty of cabinet space. The unit is on the ground floor, and has a huge
outside patio with a storage closet. The place has a large floor plan
overall so you'll have plenty of space, even if you own a lot of junk. One
underground assigned parking spots.
Since the complex is located across the street from the Mormon Temple there
is also a fair amount of street parking
The Verano Complex has a number of amenities, including a fitness center,
cyber cafe, two pools (one with gas grills for bbq) and jacuzzis. Down the
middle of the complex is a trail that leads down to the La Jolla Colony Park
and behind nearby complexes such as Las Flores and Archstone LJC. There is
easy access to the I-5 and everything the UTC area has to offer like the La
Jolla Village
Square (Ralph's, Trader Joe's, Best Buy, Staples, Petsmart, Jamba Juice, CPK
, Islands, CVS, TGI Friday, BJ's and more), Vons and SDCCU around the corner
(Regents &Arriba), the Costa Verde Center and the UTC Mall, and also has
close proximity to a UCSD Arriba Shuttle stop for easy access to the campus.
