不贵，能出凭证（我以前看过出租房，有些公司打扫地毯后还能在上面盖上搬家用的大
保鲜膜以示证明）
不过我觉得最好还是和房东确认下，如果你就这样交房，他要扣多少
如果你自己找专业人员打扫了，他认不认
另外，地毯有使用年限，加州好像是5年（具体得查一下）
painting也有
如果超过这个年限，他就不该charge你钱
当然,cleaning费可以扣，但不应是天价（>300） |

Under these California guidelines, a tenant who has lived in a rental unit
longer than three years would not be charged for the cost of repainting for
normal wear and tear. If the tenant caused damages to the walls in the first
two to three years that required repainting, the cost of the work is the
tenant's responsibility.

one approach for determining the amount that the landlord can deduct from
the
tenant’s security deposit for repainting, when repainting is necessary, is
based on the length of the tenant’s stay in the rental unit. this approach
assumes that interior paint has a two-year life. (some landlords assume that
interior paint has a life of three years or more.)
Length of Stay Deduction
less than 6 months full cost
6 months to 1 year two-thirds of cost
1 year to 2 years one-third of cost
2 or more years no deduction
Using this approach, if the tenant lived in the rental unit for two years or
more, the tenant could not be charged for any repainting costs, no matter
how
dirty the walls were.
