公司主页上说：
100% on first $1,500, 50% on the next $1,500, 33% on next $7,500, and 10%
thereafter
offer letter上却说： 401k Company Match of up to $5000 per year, based on
your contribution, with full vesting in just two years of employment.
我是完全糊涂了，到底公司每个月出多少啊，如果我自己每个月交1500, 公司会完全
match ？
还是说，每年最多match 5000 ？

这样的话，401K这个福利和我原先想的差太远了，
我还以为，每个月我放1500,公司放1500 。。。。。。另外的1500公司再match 750 。
。。
弄了半天，是每年，而且还有个5000的上限 。。。
呵呵，发愁自己的智商啊

发帖数: 50 | 4 401K是按年算的，2013年IRS允许放$17500。假如你放满17500的话，公司会match：
1500 x 100% + 1500 x 50% + 7500 x 33% + (17500 - 1500 - 1500 - 7500) x 10% =
1500 + 750 + 2500 + 700 = $5450.公司没设上限，是IRS。 | l******y
