我老公马上要去UCSD Medical Center--Hillcrest做博后，我们有两个孩子，都在5岁
以下，能不能帮忙推荐一下附近的2Bedroom的apartment？$1200左右的房租有可能吗？
另外我们还有两辆车，还需要apartment有parking的。或是有没有同学在那边工作你们
都住什么地方，能否推荐一下。博后的工资真的非常有限啊，非常感谢！
另外还能不能推荐一下UCSD medical center--Hillcrest的Ob那个好些，我家老三10月
份出生，我以前两个都是剖腹产，这个也得剖，所以想找个靠谱的医生。再次感谢。

1400-1500之间。

室更宽敞的阳台，不靠马路，附近有doyle park，VONS等，7月中下旬转租，部分家具

刚申请到了del sol 的2b2b，Del sol的情况请参考网站http://hdh.ucsd.edu/arch/ljds.asp。
申请到的房子位于三楼阳面，安静光线好，有室内洗衣机烘干机，全套厨具，油盐酱醋
可以免费提供：）。离lebon dr近，公交校车方便。长期的室友已经找好，但是要一个
月之后才能入住，所以短期出租其中一间一个月，时间7月23-8月23。非常适合刚过来
没有找房子的访问学者博士后过渡一下，或者假期来SD玩的同学们。有意向的请发邮件

mall，有Vons, 饭店，银行。
新买的3b2.5b 二层Townhouse。出租的房间和独立卫生间都在楼上。带车库，前院，洗

Hello everyone,
We are living in Mirada at La Jolla Colony and have to move out around
Jan10th, 2014. The leasing office allowed us to recommend a friend to move
in our apartment after us (they will change new carpet, do all the cleaning
and make everything looks new) . This will not be a sub-lease or taking over
our lease. This will be a new lease between you and the leasing office. You
can choose 12-month, 6-month or what ever lease you want. But they do
promise to give you a very good price since we have been here for almost two
years. As you know, the renting price in UTC area is very high recently,
even for the low-quality community. If you can take this, you will
definitely save a lot of money and enjoy a higher life quality.
Because we leave and can not take all the furnitures with us. So we prefer
to give some to you for free if you like, including a brand new Ikea sofa
bed and dinning table with four chairs.
Why do I want to do this ad? Firstly, because I think this Mirada community
is very very good. All my friends that visited us before like it; Secondly,
if you care life quality or have kids and hope them could have space to play
, Mirada is absolutely the best choice; Thirdly, if you care your car and
don't want them to be on the street everyday, you will definitely consider
this community since it has two underground parking lots and unlimited
number of ground guest parking (can even parking overnight!); Last, the
renting price is not high at all. The leasing officer told us if you take
our apartment, the rent may be around $1700/month.
1. The apartment is 890 sq2ft. Two bedrooms with spacious closets.
2. The apartment has built-in full size washer and dryer.
3. Modern kitchen with bar counter and all stuffs new.
4. Spacious living room, dinning room and balcony.
5. One bathroom, but including two showers.
6. Two underground spacious parking lots, and unlimited number of ground
guest parking lots. (Excellent for parties!!)
7. Two swimming pools, two spas, eight grills, and one fitting room are
available in this community.
8. Bus stop (201, 202 and UCSD shuttles) are just outside this community.
9. Walking distance to Vons, Ralphs, Whole Foods, BOA, Chase, City bank,
SDCCU, movie theaters, AT&T, CVS, Bestbuy, book stores, UTC shopping center,
UCSD, and many other stores.
10. Very close to I-5, I-805 and I-52.

Hello everyone,
A spacious 2b/2b apartment will be available to transfer in the fancy
Valentia community on Renaissance, UTC at the beginning of February. The
apartment has the best floor plan facing south, which saves huge heating
bill in winter. It features indoor full size washer and dryer, refrigerator,
dishwasher and a huge balcony with open view. The neighborhood is super
quiet and you don't hear any noise from the neighbors or roads. This
apartment is offered assigned underground parking lot. Currently, there is
no such floor-plan apartment available in the community.
Valentia is one of the finest apartment community in UTC with a very safe
neighborhood. The office staff are very nice and efficient. The community
has three swimming pools, Jacuzzi, gym, car wash facility, wall ball room,
Snooker table, business center and grills. It is next to UTC Park with
basketball, football, children play yard facilities, and just few minutes
walking distance to UCSD shuttle, bus stops, CVS plaza and UTC mall, 10
minutes driving to Scripps. Also only 1' from Freeway 805.
The monthly rent so far is $1995 for unit, but it may be variable at
different time for different rent-term. Employees from TSRI and some other
companies have huge discount on deposit (less than $200 for deposit).
Discount upon ask in office. No pet (I think so), no smoking. Please refer

，也非常安静，而且交通特别便利。我们因为要搬家，所以只能转出去。2月初可入住
