in a spacious 3b/2.5br two-story townhouse. Move-in date is negotiable.
This house is located in a corner position (away from main roads), very
quiet and spacious, no neighbors above or below. New washer and dryer
available inside the house. One assigned parking lot is available to you.
Nice swimming pool is right in the front of the house. Walking distance to
Von's, UCSD bus stop. Easy access to I-5, 805, etc. You will share the house
with a nice, quiet and clean Chinese couple who both are working
professionals and have no kid. Ideal for a single student or working
professional.
Rent will be $950+electricity&internet (water/trash included in the rent).
Month-to-month rent with 30-day pre-notice for move-out. Long or short term
is ok. One month rent for security deposit (refundable if you maintain the
same condition when moving out). No drug, pet, smoking, alcohol and drama.
