We have a very private room (no shared walls) with private bath and optional
extra "living room" for rent at $800 + utilities. The house is located on
the top of a hill in the Carmel Valley neighborhood of Torrey Hills within
walking distance to a Vons, Starbucks, restaurants, two parks/recreational
centers and a natural preserve for hiking and biking.
Current tenants in the house is a mix of 20-30's international students and
professionals.
