even though I disagree with many of her views and I think she has little
chance defeating Peters, I have to give her credit for speaking out against
Trump.
GOP has been hijacked by Trump in this election. The republicans just hand
the White House to Clinton on a silver platter.

SDAAFE made a wise decision, in my opinion, to focus solely on Denise's
campaign
she might eventually get my vote by this move, "just not quite there yet"

不太理解。
至少她在加州愿意为华人讲话。我刚捐钱给她（我不在加州，但被那边的民猪党华裔恶

I believe this is a calculated move made after careful considerations.
California's 52nd Congressional District is an affluent community,
definitely not a Trump country. House representative election in a district
is all about its constituents.
Will her act cost some votes from die-hard Trump supporters?
Yes, but these people, A.K.A. "angry white males who feel they have been
left behind" are few and far between in this district.
She is betting on more votes from traditional republicans, independents,
even moderate democrats with this move.
This is what it is, American politics.
