感觉是与前几个星期，完全不一样的氛围。
基本上人山人海，特别是KBHome，他们现在SFH(虽然这么叫，但基本lot),1700+sf
base price 599K还是很吸引人了，人基本上络绎不绝。两星期前看的几个plan，今天
已经sold out了。
一个临Warm Spring马路的1300+sf的房子，listing 645K，问了下listing agent，已
经2个offer乐。
也不知道这么多buyer那里突然冒出来的，感觉上，如果传说中的Q2大裁员没有如期发
生，基本可以call bottom了。 |

The gov should have done some research to allow people to build house there.
But still curious.
It seems only one way to go up the hill. It is not very convenient place
anyway.
The kids might not go to the public schools.

， 所以进出只有一条路。 没有什么不方便的。 里面人口密度不高啊。

How can Warm Spring compare with Los Altos Hill？
custom built doesn't mean super high house price. 在3个馒头朝东1个小时的地方
， 那里也有1 acre 的custom built home， 才40万呢。

Leland High;
Cuperino High;
Monta Vista High;
Lynbrook High;
Palo Alto High;
Saratoga High;
我想这些地区小学，初中１０的也一定不少。
其中，只有Leland High地区还有可能有70万多一点的房子。
为什么必须“在方圆２ｍｉｌｅ内超过十家中餐馆，三家中国超市”？
方圆5ｍｉｌｅ内不行吗？ 五家中餐馆不行吗？，一家中国超市不行吗？

几个town里。那里的房价也就越炒越高了。

离880， 101太远，而且也是90万起.

这个房子大3-400尺，要价才70w,还比zillow估价高不少。 |
