sq ft,3br. $710K,房子很nice,但要到八月才能交房。请问有经验的朋友们:
1) morse后是一大片mobile home, 觉得不安全虽然有一堵墙隔着,大家认为呢?我
很喜欢那房子,是不是要忽略外面的环境的这个缺陷呢?
2)房贷要到八月才能定rate,觉得rate会长about 1%,有没有必要付extra point去
lock住rate吗?

residence since it would be more profitable for the home developers. Not
sure how long it takes though.
The noise from 237 might be a concern for that community. Try it out at
different times in the day/night to see if you can tolerate it.
One good point for that area: a shopping zone including a British grocery
store is being built at Tasman&FairOaks, that would be very convenient for
the residents nearby. |
