联邦税我已经file了，
我是说加州州税，这个需要file extension么？
刚刚在网上看到“The California Franchise Tax Board only requires that you
file for an extension if you owe California taxes. If you are expecting a
refund from California there is nothing to be filed, an extension is
automatically granted until October 15, 2010 for the filing of your 2009 tax
return."
不知道这个The California Franchise Tax Board是个什么东东？
