如果1233也要1个MILLION以上，这个比2005年还贵了吧？ |

发帖数: 3837 | 7 地皮本来就是这个价，agent故意用钓鱼价引人，主要是lot比较大适合重建，应该是买
了推倒重来。没涨也没跌。
这个listing策略很有关系，附近南边一点还有块差不多大的地皮，也是差不多10000尺
，开价120多万，卖了两年都卖不出去。 |

我帮亲戚看了几个PA, Cupertino, Saratoga的烂黑屋，基本都是纯看地皮推倒重来的
对象，listing都比正常市价低了20-25万左右，最后每个交易都有30-40个offer。有一
个，我的亲戚打算做炮灰，listing上面加了15万，幸好对方agent有点良心，不想浪费
他感情精力，被告知根本没戏，因为那个市价本来就是比listing高了20万出头。 |

便宜的people多而已. 任何房, 只要开价足够低, 都不会缺offer的. 所以几乎没有拿
offer数量作为官方检测指标的. |

以南， bubb以西的neighborhood。

口，多年总共碰到过一次运输车辆，还是空的。
