距north san jose costco大概1 mile
到ranch 99也差不多1 mile
中国人的餐馆超市都很方便
而且交通便利
很容易上101 和 880
到cisco，yahoo，NVIDIA，Google，M.S 都很方便
房子是4bed，3.5 bath
有两个master room
还有2个房间share full bathroom
房间都在二楼
现在还有3个房间available
一个master room
是一个suite
你不仅有自己的bedroom，bathroom和walk-in closet
还有一个书房或者你自己随便设计成什么
privacy超好
关上门相当于自己的一个one-bed room或者大一些的studio
另外两个room也很干净舒服
我们一起share客厅和厨房都在一楼
utility share
yard有一个游泳池和桑拿房
房东不在这里住
所以我们更加flexible 一些
但是要爱护人家的家

我想租那个大些的master room 是$700
最大的套间master room是$800
中间不管有没有roommate退出
房租都是这个价格
不会再因为少一个人而多分担多出的房间费用
对了
房子的condition很好

for a big house like that, utility will be very expensive in the winer.
maybe ~$500/month, if you do laundry a lot, and have heater on all the time.
if you yourself dont make money for taking care of all the stuff, one day
you will be really fed up. i used to live in shared house for many years,
and havent seen a single group of very happy housemates. |

以前跟别人一起住house
每个月的电费和水费都不是很高啊
而且冬天几乎天天开暖气的
哪有500 那么夸张？
而且大家都变成了好朋友
所以还是看人吧
如果不是那么津津计较只是想到自己的话
我觉得还是蛮好的
毕竟大家有个照顾
time.
