The person finally showed up (looked like a substitution)came in without any word of apology.
I twice requested dismissing my case based on the court's fault (judge being 45 minutes late), but did not get it from the substitution(?) judge.
He later told me that my behavior in the court was not appropriate (hinting I could be thrown into jail by demanding dismissal).

As you said, judges do behave as the king or queen and sometimes do things
at their will. I am contacting newspapers and see whether they want to
report it.
