thought it is the best at the moment.
Now I have been there for 2 weeks, and I feel a little bit frustrated. How
come so many Indians in the team? No white, no Chinese. No one wanna give
you a hand for setting up the environment for a new hire. Work environment
is very important. Looks like this time I am not lucky enough to pick up a
truly right offer. |

发帖数: 221 | 6 I met 5 people in the on-site interview, 3 indians, 2 south east Asians. The
manager said that the team is big, around 18 people. I thought there are
some Chinese and whites.
The technology being implemented in the project is what I wanna do.
but the people.....

who quickly left after one year stay. Face it. This is silicon valley,
where Indians are everywhere, and they climb up the ladders to
directors, VPs, marketing, customer service IT, everywhere. If go to
East coast, you'll see less Indians

indians. life is getting harder. so my advice to you is quit now. |
