大致比较一下还是可以。
For non-family household: $70，049/（2.72-3.73*64.0%）*36.0% = $44，776. 与
$38,706相差不大，因为少了一个人的户的固定开销在总开销中占的比例高了。

among all households, 1674K are families, 941k are non-family households (
mostly single person households). So 64% are familes, 36% are single-person
households.
mean income = 38.7 × 64% + 70 × 36% = 50 （K)

Per Capita means For Each Head. Average by head, but not by household.
64% and 36% are the respective percentages of households but not those
of heads. The data has separate item for heads (populations).
Total households: 2,617,835
Family households (families): 1,676,431 (or 64% of 2,617,835)
Population in households: 7,109,494
3.73 is the average family size, and 2.72 is the average household size.
Non-family household size averages 1.56 (by my that previous
calculation).

6万亿出头，雇主福利(雇主match的FICA，401K，保险等)15320亿，rental/利息/div收

bea说是没有包含社会福利收入，但是（人为地）多加加加了一个工作地转换到住所的
调节值。也就是
说，那里的数据好像不是绝对值，而是某种相对值。因此，才有了那里对不同地区的比
较。

一般地说，美国的census是按housing unit来做的。在一个housing unit里正式住的，
不一定是
单个家庭的成员，有可能不沾亲，甚至有可能（还）不是朋友。
