I thought i could get my money back from the bank, but not true.
I was stuck in Japan Narita Airport for a couple of days due to ticketing
issues and I needed to make phone calls to US to ask for help on my flight
ticket.
Since it was a transfer, I did not have any Japanese currencies to make the
phone call and "fortunately" there is a phone that I could use my credit

connect. |

Since there was no cell phone signal, I made a domestic call with credit
card at a pay phone for just 1 min. There was no rate posted at all. It
turned out that I got charged $38 for the 1 min domestic call. |
