minimum charge. 2 cents/min is about what every calling card vendor charges.
i tried and quality is good. |

Also, I re-check the Skype monthly fee, it is 13.99 world unlimited calling.
But it is still good for me since I talk more than 1000 mins every month.
And my skype account is shared by my family members so they can talk free.

talked so much every month. I guess very few people will need
internationally calling time more than 200 min/month, since many people
will use online video chat anyway. There is a huge difference between a
monthly commitment(regardless 13.99 or 9.99) and pay-on-the-fly with
2c/min.
Also, Google voice has the advantage of mobility. Even with iphone, you
can still receive calls to your GV number seamlessly, without a 3rd
party sof
