hear. I think Jerry Brown at least spoke some truth in the debate. He's
the one who has the political experience to negotiate with labor. Meg
Whitman didn't even get out to vote. Does she know how to be a governor?
California voted a movie star to be governor, which landed us in this big
mess. Now are we ready for a CEO?

Prop 13大部分的受益者都是公民，越受益的越是有资格投票的公民，而且是人数众多
Medicare, SS养得老而不死，时间很多，投票踊跃的老公民。提高收入税不影响他们，
反正他们的收入不高，消费税提高也不影响他们，反正他们也不会买什么ipad iphone
