同一个区，同一个building里有的end unit是TH，中间的就是condo, 但是价钱上中间
的一点也不便宜（面积相当）。请问和title是townhouse比起来，condo对以后卖价影响大吗？
听说做LOAN的时候CONDO会要求严格一些。

TOWNHOUSE的，TITLE上是不是就是跟SFH一样（fee simple）的呢？
TYPE是CONDO的肯定就是CONDO了

I just wonder if there is any new built townhouses are not with
"condominium" title.

if it is condo on title, then it is a condo.

less valued than "fee" type ones?
