发帖数: 4666 | 4 OK, it'll depend on when the new loan is funded. when you say "closed",
is it when you sign the doc or the loan is funded? by law, you have
3 days to cancel the contract after signing it. so the loan will fund
3 days later.
if the loan is funded on thursday, the old loan should be paid off by
friday the latest.

date is officially a Thursday. |

charge is temperary. the old lender will refund.
