got quite a few messages on this,
the price of farmland will keep the steady uptrend
focus on CA farmland
1.need to due diligence on watering and irrigation
2. job creation and operation
3. maintain cash flow, at least make ends meet
4. possible mid-west farms, and ask company there to help us
to run it
i am helping chinese investors to look for sound project,
plan to resell to them in 1-1.5 yrs

其实，半年前发过，后来忙，放一边了
和国内的人打交道有段时间了，
美国这里过去推得项目都过了一遍，分析了一遍，
不算太好，
其实有的项目不错，只是门槛高，需要几个米，不适合大家
我的初衷不是被动等待，（买了找买家），而是主动去推投资模式，
各个条件如果我们觉得可行，拿项目找国内投资人，然后自己再行动，
觉得条件不成熟，也可以等等
加之，最近算子同学"3X 归公工资"给大家触动不小，
我们也可以寻找自己的机会 |

我最近自己run了一个小business,投入不少钱了。
不过我的时间倒是很flexible,可以一边run我的东西一边管理农场，呵呵。
不知道你准备怎么操作的？
