Job Description
Bring up, validation, and characterization of RF/analog blocks. Involved in
all phases of product development including definition, testing, hands-on
debugging, characterization, and manufacturing release.

Job Requirements
Experience with developing test plans, executing automated tests, and
isolating/debugging issues independently
Strong hands-on experience in the lab with mixed-signals silicon evaluation,
debugging, characterization, and bring up
Excellent in Matlab, C++, C#, Python
Experience: Spectrum analyzers, modulated signal generation, equipment
drivers
Experience with validating mixed-signals and RF building blockes.
Ability to develop an organized development environment: database
organization, version control, code reuse/sharing…

3. Director of Software
Job Description
This is a hand-on position to lead a small firmware/software group, and a
substantial part of the role is to be technically involved in every aspect
of the development. Additionally, in this role you will -
Drive the effort to design, implement, and test the software and firmware in
the company’s Power Amplifier Linearization products as well as other
follow-on products.
Work with system engineers to design and test algorithms, and with hardware
engineers to architect a hardware/software solution and implement the
software and firmware.
Work closely with the field applications team to absorb and assimilate input
from customers and help respond to their short and long-term needs.
Be responsible for requirements analysis, application performance
optimization, benchmarking, spec compliance, and testing.
Job Requirements
Minimum 15 years work experience, including at least 5 years as technical
lead or manager.
Experience in embedded systems, firmware development cycle (specification,
implementation, unitary and coverage tests, test plans), C/C++, Linux and
Unix environments.
Excellent domain knowledge in wireless systems, signal processing, algorithm
development and implementation.
